How to Access Active Rewards

  1. Click on "Bigen Rewards Program" icon, located on the bottom left side of the screen.
  2. Log-in to your account.
  3. On the "Home" tab, scroll down to "Your active rewards" and all active rewards will be shown.
  4. Click on any of the active rewards and the code will show up.

Once you're signed up to the Bigen Rewards Program, you'll receive updates in your inbox. These keep track of your points and provide you with updates as the program develops!

You can also find all information regarding your points and rewards by logging into your Bigen USA store account.

Note: All points have a 14-day approval period (customers will only be able to use these points once the specified time has elapsed. The approval period starts after the associated order has been paid. The points will appear as "pending" to the customer)
