How to access you Bigen Origins Account on Bigen USA

To make the transition as convenient as possible, we have imported all Bigen Origins customer accounts into Bigen USA. If you had an account with Bigen Origins, access it on Bigen USA by following these instructions:

1. Click the “Account” menu item. It's on the top right of the screen on a computer, and at the bottom of the main menu on a phone or tablet:

2. Enter the email address associated with your Bigen Origins account in the login page:
   
3. For security reasons, we don’t have any access to your password. Therefore, you’ll have to create a new one (it can be the same as the one you’ve been using on bigenorigins.com). Click on the “Forgot password?” link and follow the instructions.
   
4. That’s it! Welcome to Bigen USA!
