We understand that you might have a few extra questions or experience an issue during the Bigen Black Friday sale which will result in you sending a message to our wonderful Customer Support Team.

When doing so, please ensure that you include as much information about your query in your first message so that our agents can help resolve any questions you may have, as quickly as possible.

Please note that things get super busy for us around this time of year, so if you don't receive an immediate response from us, don't panic.

When does the Bigen Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale start?

The Bigen Black Friday sale will start on November 24th, at 12AM PST (3AM EST)

Which items will be discounted during the sale?

Permanent Powder Hair Color, Easy Color Natural, Easy Color Bold, Easy Color Blonde, EZ Color for Men, Semi-Permanent Hair Color, Designer Series, ColorShield Hair Care, Dust Free Powder Lightener, 20 Volume Cream Developer, Mixing Bowl & Tint Brush, and Cape.

Will there be any quantity limitations to the number of products I can buy?

In order to meet the needs of our Bigen community, we have a maximum quantity limit of 12 units per product. Once you reach this quantity, you won’t be able to place any more units in the cart, unless they are of different shades or product line.

Bigen offers a wide variety of hair colors and hair care to help you express your inner diverse beauty. We hope that you take this special promotional opportunity to explore new, fun items to brighten up your holiday spirits!

PAYMENT METHODS

Which payment methods will be available to use during the sale?

We currently accept the following payment methods Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, JCB, Diner’s Club and Elo.

ORDERS

The item I want is out of stock, will it be restocked during the sale?

The products available are available while supplies last, the items will not be restocked. Items move quickly, we advise you grab them while you can! Rainchecks will not be issued for out-of-stock items.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We will start working on your order as soon as we get it. This means that once the order is placed, we generally can't cancel or modify your order, including payment methods, promotion code applications, items/shades, quantity, shipping method, and addresses. So be sure to double check all details on your order page before proceeding to submit.

If you realize an error immediately and your order has not shipped, we may be able to help. Reach out to us at bigenusa_support@color.us.hoyu.com with your order # to see if we can help. Please note that these requests cannot be guaranteed.

Once the order is shipped no modifications or cancellations can be made. If you would like to return or exchange any items, please wait until you have received the shipment then follow our return instructions found here.

SHIPPING

Is free shipping available during the sale?

After all discounts are applied and before taxes, any order over $50 will receive free shipping.

When will my order ship?

All in-stock merchandise is normally shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days of placing your order (excluding holidays and weekends). Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, this processing time may be extended. Please be assured that we are working hard to ship out items as soon as possible.

Once you order has been shipped You can check your order status with the tracking number (available on the Shipping Confirmation email) through the shipping carrier website. If you are experiencing any delivery issues, please contact us for further assistance.

DISCOUNTS

Can I use my loyalty rewards during the sale?

Absolutely! You can use your hard-earned loyalty rewards during our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale. We're excited to offer you the flexibility to combine up to 2 loyalty rewards with our fantastic sale event to maximize your savings. It’s the perfect opportunity to make the most of your loyalty rewards.

*We also want to remind you that our loyalty program will be ending on December 31st, 2023. So, this Black Friday and Cyber Monday will be the ideal time to redeem any remaining loyalty rewards you may have outstanding.

Can I use any other available discount during the sale?

Unfortunately, during our sale event you cannot combine any other percentage discounts.
